Our show explores the nature of human behaviour. We shall curate an environment for an audience to become willing test subjects in order to explore the concepts of obedience, defiance and group mentality.
Here, theatrical and psychological influences are combined, with audience participation seen from Companies such as Punch Drunk or Ontroerend Goed, meeting the Milgrim and Stanford Prison psychological experiments. Our company is a fusion of two Taiwanese performers with multi-discipline backgrounds, including drag, stage acting and multi-instrumentals, with the British-based stage writing, directing and acting expertise of the third member.
About the company…

Ku Man-Yun is a performer from Taiwan whose interdisciplinary practice integrates theatre and music, with a focus on the use of instruments and a wide range of sounds to construct sonic and embodied performances. Rooted in the sensory and internal experiences of the body, her work explores the transformation of consciousness and the shifting boundaries between self and other. Drawing from her Taiwanese cultural background, she creates solo and collaborative works that interweave sound and narrative into immersive live experiences.

Alistair’s first love is acting. He has been actively involved in local and regional theatre since he was 16. Now 27, with a theatre degree from De Montfort University, he is using his time here at Goldsmiths to develop his skills beyond just stage acting, in the hope that collaborating with such a diverse cohort in a cıty as varied as London will equip him with plenty more resources as he looks to forge a performance-based career.
